Delivery

As we only stock the raw materials for picture framing and every frame is custom made to your specifications for colour and size, our normal dispatch is up to 10 days from receipt of your order. At busy times it can take a little longer in which case, you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order with a full refund offered if you would rather not wait.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order by giving us notice by email, within 7 days of placing that order, starting from the time you placed the order. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for the item/s cancelled.

Returns

Under the United Kingdoms distance selling regulations, as all frames ordered from us are custom made to your specifications for colour and size, you should be aware that, once we begin the manufacturing process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us. Nor can the goods be returned for a refund.

The only goods that can be returned are:-
Those that are damaged on arrival in which case we must be informed by email within 3 days, from the time you received the package.
2. Goods incorrectly supplied by us. Or Goods not specified on the order placed by you. If returned because of our error or damaged in transit your return postage costs (not exceeding the cost of sending the goods to you) will be refunded to you, plus we will replace goods with correct items or offer a full refund. For your protection, if you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery/insured service.

Complete sample packs can only be returned for a refund if the discount code has not been used, plus you must pay the cost of return.

However we will do all we can to help where you may want to return any goods correctly ordered by your self, please contact us to see if we can assist you. If we do accept a return of goods correctly delivered to you, you will be responsible for all carriage costs.

Damages

Any goods damaged in transit must be reported to us by email within 3 days from the time you received the package. If you suspect the package is damaged you must inform the delivery driver and sign for as damaged.

Conclusion of contract

At the point of payment a contract to buy is then binding.

Online Privacy Policy

Bevian is committed to protecting your privacy. If you choose to place an order or contact us through the website, we collect the minimum of contact information to process your enquiry.

Once transmitted from the website, no contact data is permanently stored on any computer system accessible from the web. This ensures that your other contact information can not be seen by any third party using the web to try to maliciously obtain personal data.

Bevian does not sell, rent or trade your details to third parties. The information we receive is solely for the use of Bevian to process your order, answer your specific query or to update you with our own product information. Within their office, Bevian store all contact information for mailing purposes within the guidelines laid down by the UK Data Protection Act.

Should you choose to remove the contact details we have received, we will act on receipt of your written instructions.

Glass/Plastic Glass

We can supply 1.5mm plastic glass for mail order, but it can degrade after a long period of time especially if hung near a heat source. We can also supply conventional 2mm picture glass, even though we pack glass as best we can, we cannot be held responsible for any breakages in transit, or for any damage caused by broken glass to other goods in the same package. Or you can check the price of glass on our web site to give you a guide price, and then obtain glass from your local glass merchant.

Mount Board

Please Note: The colours of the mounts shown are reproduced as true as is possible with the use of up to date technologies, but depending on your computer/screen settings the colours may not be 100% accurate. Therefore if you are not sure of a colour and if you have not seen it or do not know it by name, it would be recommended that you order one of our sample packs to see the accurate colour, the cost of which will be refunded to you with your first order.
